There’s no delete button yet, but you can request account deletion by email - just contact us ([email protected]), and we’ll remove all your data manually.
Yes, your trips are synced across all devices when logged in.
If you registered with email, you can reset your password via the password recovery link sent to your inbox. If you used Google or Telegram login, just sign in again with the same account - no password is needed.
Guests receive a temporary points balance for trying the planner. Guest trips are limited to 1 destination, up to 3 days, and up to 2 activity categories per trip.
Registered users generate and edit trips with plan points. The Start plan includes points and allows trips with up to 2 destinations, up to 7 days, and 3 activity categories per trip. Higher paid plans add more points, raise trip limits, and can unlock private trips.
Available options depend on your current plan and trip setup. Guest, Start, Pro, and Premium include different limits for destinations, trip length, categories, travel modes, and private trip access.
Points are used to generate and edit trips. Guest, Start, Pro, and Premium include different point balances and trip limits, while one-time packs add extra points without changing your plan.
You can still view existing trips, but you need more points to generate or edit trips. You can wait for the next plan period, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-time points pack.
Points are deducted when a trip route is successfully generated or another points-based action is completed. If generation cannot start because details are missing or limits are exceeded, points are not used.
Plan points refresh with each billing period and do not roll over. One-time pack points are separate and stay available until the pack expiry shown in your account or checkout details.
Yes. One-time packs let you add more points without starting a new subscription or changing your current plan.
Yes. You can change or cancel a paid plan through the billing flow. If cancellation is scheduled, your current plan usually remains active until the end of the paid period.
No. As a guest, you can create one free public itinerary of up to 3 days for one destination and one traveler, with walking only. Creating a free account activates Start: up to two new generations, 7 days, two destinations, and two travelers, with public trips. Pro or Premium is required for private trips.
