Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 04.04.2026

Welcome to PlanAnyTrip (the "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using plananytrip.com and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

  • PlanAnyTrip is a travel-planning service that helps users create AI-assisted itineraries, trip requests, and related travel content.
  • These Terms apply to guest browsing, registered accounts, paid subscription plans, one-time packs, and related billing or account features we currently provide.
  • The legal operator of the Service (the "Operator") is the person or entity identified in the applicable checkout flow, invoice, legal notice, or contact details published for the relevant market. This structure is used so operator details can be updated without rewriting these Terms each time business details change.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You may browse parts of the Service as a guest, but paid purchases and account-linked entitlements currently require a registered and signed-in account.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected sign-in methods secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering, paying, or contacting support.
  • You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized automated activity.

3. Product Access and Service Tiers

  • The current billing model includes a default or free registered plan, paid subscription plans, and one-time packs that grant additional trip-generation points or similar usage entitlements.
  • Paid features may include higher quotas, recurring or fixed point grants, private trip visibility, priority processing, or other benefits shown for the selected product.
  • We intentionally do not list exact current prices, currencies, billing intervals, pack sizes, or detailed usage caps in these Terms because those commercial details may change. The exact terms shown on the pricing page, checkout page, and purchase confirmation at the time of purchase apply to the relevant order.
  • Some features may be limited by account status, quota availability, product tier, geography, technical availability, fraud-prevention checks, or temporary maintenance.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Packs

  • Paid subscription plans currently use recurring billing at the interval shown at checkout, such as monthly or yearly, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal.
  • One-time packs are non-recurring purchases that provide the entitlements described at checkout and may expire after the validity period shown for that pack.
  • Purchases are currently processed through a provider-hosted checkout flow. At present, our primary payment provider is Stripe.
  • By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount and billing cadence shown at checkout.
  • We do not state in these Terms that we store your full payment card details ourselves. Card and payment instrument details are handled by the payment provider.
  • After successful payment or provider confirmation, we may update your account entitlements, current subscription period, renewal state, scheduled downgrade state, and payment history inside the Service.
  • Subscription upgrades may take effect immediately and may involve prorated billing, credits, or invoices depending on the provider flow and your current billing state.
  • Downgrades to another paid plan, or cancellation to the free plan, are generally scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid period rather than immediately.
  • If a cancellation or downgrade has been scheduled, you may be able to resume or change the subscription again before the current paid period ends. Availability depends on the subscription state and payment provider status at that time.
  • If a recurring payment fails or a provider marks the subscription as delinquent or past due, paid features may be limited, suspended, or removed until payment succeeds, the paid period ends, or the subscription is cancelled.
  • A summary of payment statuses may be visible in your account.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

  • Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid for the current billing period, unless required by law or expressly granted by us.
  • Because plan entitlements, packs, and digital usage rights may be granted shortly after purchase, refunds are not automatic once delivery or performance has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Refunds may be granted, at our discretion or where required by law, for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased entitlement.
  • A partial or full refund may reduce, revoke, expire, or otherwise affect the related paid entitlements, remaining points, or subscription access associated with the refunded transaction.
  • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the account and transaction.

6. AI-Generated and Travel Content

  • Trip plans, routes, timing, budget suggestions, and other outputs may be generated or assisted by AI and third-party services.
  • Generated content is informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable in practice, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
  • You remain responsible for checking essential facts such as transport, safety, visa, weather, accessibility, opening hours, availability, prices, legal restrictions, and health considerations before acting on any itinerary or suggestion.
  • The Service is not a booking agency, travel agent, insurance provider, financial advisor, or emergency service.

7. User Content and Public Visibility

  • You are responsible for the prompts, trip inputs, uploaded materials, profile information, and other content you submit through the Service.
  • Some trips or related content may be public by default or may become public if you choose public visibility. Private visibility may be available only for certain account tiers, entitlements, or product states.
  • You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload or share.
  • We may remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform safety requirements.

8. Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
  • Cookies, similar technologies, consent preferences, security identifiers, analytics, and operational monitoring may be used as described in that policy.

9. Service Availability and Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including product tiers, prices, pack availability, or features, with or without notice where permitted by law.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated.
  • Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every expectation or travel outcome.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Service, AI outputs, travel decisions, provider failures, payment interruptions, or user content.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its software, branding, design, and site content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
  • You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond what is allowed by applicable law and the intended product functionality.

12. Governing Language

  • The English version is the reference version of these Terms.
  • Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
