Welcome to PlanAnyTrip (the "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using plananytrip.com and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
- PlanAnyTrip is an AI-assisted travel-planning service. It currently includes trip generation, route and itinerary pages, public trip discovery, trip presets, destination autocomplete, route maps, image-backed route content, account preferences, profile features, Telegram bot flows, feedback flows, blog features, pricing pages, and related billing tools.
- These Terms apply to guest browsing, guest trip generation where available, registered accounts, Telegram bot usage, paid subscription plans, one-time packs, public or private trip content, and related account or billing features we currently provide.
- The legal operator of the Service (the "Operator") is the person or entity identified in the applicable checkout flow, invoice, legal notice, or contact details published for the relevant market. This structure is used so operator details can be updated without rewriting these Terms each time business details change.
- You may browse parts of the Service and, where offered, use limited guest trip-generation features without creating an account. Paid purchases and account-linked entitlements require a registered and signed-in account.
- Accounts may currently be accessed through email and password login and supported third-party sign-in providers made available in the product, such as Google or Telegram where configured.
- If you use Telegram bot features, Telegram account data and messages or commands needed to operate the bot may be processed through Telegram and linked to your PlanAnyTrip account or visitor session.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected sign-in methods secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering, paying, or contacting support.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized automated activity.
- The current visible product model includes Guest access with limited functionality, the free registered Start plan, paid plans currently presented as Pro and Premium, and one-time packs that add extra trip points or similar usage entitlements to eligible accounts.
- Internal, deprecated, archived, test, or admin-only products may exist in the billing catalog but are not public offers unless shown to you in the product or checkout flow.
- AI trip generation and related usage are governed by the limits, points, supported trip options, and priority level attached to the relevant plan or pack.
- Depending on your current entitlement, the Service may limit trip length, number of destinations, number of interests or categories, group size, allowed travel modes, group types, private trip access, active-time customization, or processing priority.
- We intentionally do not fix exact prices, currencies, billing intervals, point grants, pack sizes, expiry windows, or usage caps in these Terms because those commercial details may change. The exact terms shown on the pricing page, checkout page, and purchase confirmation at the time of purchase apply to the relevant order.
- Some features may be limited by account status, current entitlement balance, technical availability, geography, fraud-prevention checks, moderation status, or temporary maintenance.
- Paid subscription plans currently use recurring billing at the interval shown at checkout, such as monthly or yearly, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
- One-time packs are non-recurring purchases that grant the usage entitlements described at checkout and may expire after the validity period shown for that pack.
- Purchases are currently processed through a provider-hosted checkout flow. At present, our primary payment provider is Stripe.
- By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount and billing cadence shown at checkout.
- We do not state in these Terms that we store your full payment card details ourselves. Card and payment instrument details are handled by the payment provider.
- After successful payment or provider confirmation, we may update your account entitlements, trip points, active plan, current billing period, renewal state, scheduled downgrade state, and payment history inside the Service.
- Subscription upgrades may take effect immediately and may involve estimated or final prorated charges, credits, or invoices depending on the provider flow and your current subscription state.
- Downgrades to another plan, or cancellation to the free plan, are generally scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid period rather than immediately.
- If a cancellation or downgrade has been scheduled, you may be able to resume or change the subscription again before the current paid period ends. Availability depends on the subscription state and payment provider status at that time.
- If a recurring payment fails or the provider marks the subscription as delinquent or past due, paid features may be limited, suspended, or removed until payment succeeds, the paid period ends, or the subscription is cancelled.
- A summary of payment types and statuses may be visible in your account, including subscription charges, renewals, pack purchases, failed payments, and refunds where applicable.
- Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid for the current billing period, unless required by law or expressly granted by us.
- Because plan entitlements, trip points, packs, and other digital usage rights may be granted shortly after purchase, refunds are not automatic once delivery or performance has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Refunds may be granted, at our discretion or where required by law, for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased entitlement.
- A partial or full refund may reduce, revoke, expire, or otherwise affect the related paid entitlements, remaining trip points, pack balances, or subscription access associated with the refunded transaction.
- Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the account and transaction.
- Trip plans, routes, timing, budget suggestions, preset content, category suggestions, route details, translations, SEO text, route reviews, image selections, destination autocomplete, maps, and other outputs may be generated, enriched, reviewed, or assisted by AI and third-party services.
- Generated content is informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable in practice, duplicated across users, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
- You remain responsible for checking essential facts such as transport, safety, visa, weather, accessibility, opening hours, availability, prices, legal restrictions, and health considerations before acting on any itinerary or suggestion.
- Images, place information, destination suggestions, maps, and directions may come from or be displayed through third-party providers such as GeoNames, Unsplash, Pexels, or Google Maps. Their availability, accuracy, licenses, attribution, and terms may differ from ours.
- The Service is not a booking agency, travel agent, insurance provider, financial advisor, or emergency service.
- You are responsible for the prompts, trip inputs, profile information, feedback, blog posts, uploaded materials, and other content you submit through the Service.
- Some trips or related content may be public by default, especially in guest or non-private flows, or may become public if you choose public visibility. Private visibility may be available only for certain account tiers, entitlements, or product states.
- Public content may be shown in trip listings, route pages, blog pages, or similar discovery areas of the Service.
- You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload or share.
- We may remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform safety requirements.
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
- Cookies, similar technologies, consent preferences, security identifiers, analytics, and operational monitoring may be used as described in that policy.
- We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including product tiers, prices, pack availability, or features, with or without notice where permitted by law.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated.
- Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every expectation or travel outcome.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Service, AI outputs, travel decisions, provider failures, payment interruptions, moderation decisions, public-content exposure chosen within the product, or user content.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- The Service, including its software, branding, design, and site content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
- You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond what is allowed by applicable law and the intended product functionality.
- The English version is the reference version of these Terms.
- Translations are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
