No. You can start with the free Guest and Start plans. Paid Pro and Premium plans are optional upgrades for higher limits and extra features.

Points are used to generate and edit trips. Guest, Start, Pro, and Premium include different point balances and trip limits, while one-time packs add extra points without changing your plan.

You can still view existing trips, but you need more points to generate or edit trips. You can wait for the next plan period, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-time points pack.

Points are deducted when a trip route is successfully generated or another points-based action is completed. If generation cannot start because details are missing or limits are exceeded, points are not used.

Plan points refresh with each billing period and do not roll over. One-time pack points are separate and stay available until the pack expiry shown in your account or checkout details.

Yes. One-time packs let you add more points without starting a new subscription or changing your current plan.

Yes. You can change or cancel a paid plan through the billing flow. If cancellation is scheduled, your current plan usually remains active until the end of the paid period.

Paid plans also add recurring plan points and stronger priority boosts, while the exact current limits and prices are always shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Yes. You can schedule cancellation at any time. Your paid plan normally stays active until the end of the current billing period, future renewals stop, and you can usually resume before that end date if you change your mind. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.

Plan allowances refresh by billing cycle rather than stacking forever. If you need more capacity, one-time packs add extra points on top of your plan, and those pack points stay available until the pack expires.

Annual billing offers a lower effective price than paying month to month for the same plan. You pay once upfront for 12 months, your subscription stays active for that paid year, and cancelling simply stops the next yearly renewal unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
